Meet Trish Coene

I was raised in Monmouth County NJ, attended college in Florida, lived in Oregon, then returned to NJ for a degree in landscape architecture from Rutgers University. For over 20 years I ran a luxury estate gardening business, proudly serving clients throughout NJ, NYC and Bucks County, PA. I made the move to real estate in 2022. In my brief time in real estate, I have quickly picked up and served clients with intense outcomes in mind during a frenzied market, meeting with success! Top real estate agents have a high-trust relationship with their clients, putting their clients' needs above their own, managing expectations, and working tirelessly to get their buyers and sellers the outcome they desire. They are excellent listeners and provide exceptional service. They are always learning and evolving. These attributes are the very same ones that I built my gardening business on and have become the foundation of my real estate business. Working with me, you have the added bonus of my professional background in landscape architecture. That gives you a designer's eye (inside and out), my expertise in identifying and maintaining landscape plants, and my ability to spot potential grading and drainage problems while offering solutions on how to correct them.

My wife and I first met Trish in March of 2023 after a glowing review from our friends. As first time home buyers, we had a very specific wishlist and locality in mind that we brought to her, including an off-market property that we had a bit of a crush on. Trish did not hesitate to identify and contact the out-of-state owner on our behalf, right out of the gate (and again, later!).

Given a combined lack of inventory on the market, and our budget, we expanded our horizons a bit, and... Jon W.

Working with Trish was a great experience. Once it was clear what I was looking for, she made sure to send me listings that met my criteria. For every offer we made, she was very diligent and responsive. Once we found my current home, she worked non-stop to make sure that we made it to the finish line, under the right circumstances. Trish listens and executes. A very good person on top of all. I would recommend her anytime, any day, any place. Martin C.
Trish was amazing throughout this whole experience! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and really listened to what we were looking for in a home. We had worked with a few agents during our home buying process, but it wasn’t until we met Trish that we finally found the perfect house. Her communication with us throughout the whole process was key as we spoke regularly each day. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and would never hesitate to get us the information ... Jessica O.
Wonderful realtor! Hard worker, did so much extra leg-work, persistent; could not have sold my house without her. Despite many issues created by the buyers, she persisted and the house closed. She met with the handyman while I was at work and helped to get everything done quickly! She helped me find the septic company and got quotes together so the system could be installed before closing. And I am very grateful for the work she did! backyardfarmmom
Trish is beyond amazing! She worked with me for months to help my daughter and I find a place in this crazy market. Every new round of places, she was quick to make appointments and get us right in for a showing. She was thoughtful and honest and never pushed me one way or the other. She always made me feel like I was a priority. If you want a good, positive, fun experience with someone who really knows their stuff, call Trish! I can't wait to work with her again. JT
Trish is the Most AMAZING, hard-working realtor you will EVER meet.I'm sure all realtors work hard for their commission but considering my house was only $125k and most houses are averaging $400k in this housing market I can promise you, she's not just in this business for the money.Normally it works where you put in an offer, if your lucky it gets accepted and within 30, Maybe 60 days your in your new home. This was not the case for me, while the home was within my budget it needed a new septic... Kaitlyn Y
Trish went out of her way to make sure my wife and I explored allviable options in the pursuit of our first home. In this tough market, she and her team are who you want on your side. As a plus, she is also a nature pro and will spot pluses and minuses from the landscaping front, a talent I doubt many realtors have. Trish from me and my wife thanks so much again for your help! We met Trish by coincidence at an open house that she was covering for another agent. We didn’t have an agent yet, but after talking, it didn’t take us long to decide to work together. My wife and I were young, new to the area, first time home buyers with a big wish list, and naturally nervous about a host of variables in the market. Trish kept us focused and motivated during our eight-month search. She knows a lot about Hunterdon county and made us feel like we’d lived here forever when try... Sam W.

Most homebuyers start the process anxious, excited, nervous, and some are downright terrified. It’s natural. A home is the largest and most expensive purchase that most people will make in a lifetime. It can either turn out to be a complete financial disaster or a smart long-term investment.
