Meet Trish Coene
I was raised in Monmouth County NJ, attended college in Florida, lived in Oregon, then returned to NJ for a degree in landscape architecture from Rutgers University. For over 20 years I ran a luxury estate gardening business, proudly serving clients throughout NJ, NYC and Bucks County, PA. I made the move to real estate in 2022. In my brief time in real estate, I have quickly picked up and served clients with intense outcomes in mind during a frenzied market, meeting with success! Top real estate agents have a high-trust relationship with their clients, putting their clients' needs above their own, managing expectations, and working tirelessly to get their buyers and sellers the outcome they desire. Wonderful realtor! Hard worker, did so much extra leg-work, persistent; could not have sold my house without her. Despite many issues created by the buyers, she persisted and the house closed. She met with the handyman while I was at work and helped to get everything done quickly! She helped me find the septic company and got quotes together so the system could be installed before closing. And I am very grateful for the work she did!
