Meet Trish Coene
I recently made the switch to Haven Real Estate Collective in Clinton, NJ, a full-service brokerage offering a complete line of concierge and property management services. I began my real estate career at Keller Williams as a team partner to my broker, which enabled me to work with buyers and sellers immediately and consistently, handling everything from first-time homebuyers, relocations, estate sales, luxury and distressed properties, leases, and commercial real estate. My broker-partner decided to leave Keller Williams at the end of 2024 to launch Haven and I was happy to accept her invitation to join her! I love the idea of a full service, one-stop-shop real estate collective, where we not only offer real estate buying and selling assistance, but full service concierge and project management. In my 3 years at Keller Williams, I have been exposed to some of the most challenging market conditions. Currently, we are experiencing interest rates higher than they’ve been in many years, low inventory, skyrocketing home prices, new real estate business practices, the “lock-in effect” and other challenges. It takes a lot of grit to navigate this market as a newer agent and stay afloat, and I am determined to stay the course, as real estate was a secret side passion of mine throughout my decades-long career as a garden designer and horticulturalist. Despite all of the challenges, I absolutely love my career in real estate - the immense amount of joy I get from helping my buyers and sellers is unparalleled. Born and raised in Monmouth County, NJ, currently residing in Hunterdon County, I earned my degree in landscape architecture from Cook College, Rutgers University. I am married with 2 amazing daughters and a goofball Staffordshire Terrier named Lola Moon (aka Ootie). My husband, a licensed landscape architect, and I started GreenCraft Landscape Associates almost 2 decades ago. Our gardens can be found in multiple towns in almost every county of the state, as well as in NYC and Bucks County, PA. I have always had a passion for Real Estate. My career in gardening has allowed me access to some of the area’s most incredible homes and properties owned by very high-profile clients, from CEOs of major corporations, hedge fund managers, and even rock stars! Trust, honesty, confidentiality, knowledge, excellent management of client expectations, artistry, a strong desire to learn and grow in my career, and a solid work ethic are why these clients chose to work with me. I bring all of the same attributes to my role as a real estate agent in addition to confidence and strong negotiating skills, and that’s why I get results and 5-star reviews!

My wife and I first met Trish in March of 2023 after a glowing review from our friends. As first time home buyers, we had a very specific wishlist and locality in mind that we brought to her, including an off-market property that we had a bit of a crush on. Trish did not hesitate to identify and contact the out-of-state owner on our behalf, right out of the gate (and again, later!).
Given a combined lack of inventory on the market, and our budget, we expanded our horizons a bit, and... Jon W.

Most homebuyers start the process anxious, excited, nervous, and some are downright terrified. It’s natural. A home is the largest and most expensive purchase that most people will make in a lifetime. It can either turn out to be a complete financial disaster or a smart long-term investment.
