My wife and I first met Trish in March of 2023 after a glowing review from our friends. As first time home buyers, we had a very specific wishlist and locality in mind that we brought to her, including an off-market property that we had a bit of a crush on. Trish did not hesitate to identify and contact the out-of-state owner on our behalf, right out of the gate (and again, later!).

Given a combined lack of inventory on the market, and our budget, we expanded our horizons a bit, and Trish humored us with many showings at a number of quirky, historic and somewhat unconventional properties. We looked at everything from a historic converted gas station to a relocated historic barn with a composting toilet…! Throughout our showings, Trish did not hesitate to engage her substantial network of regional connections to answer the many questions that popped up along the way and help in determining if properties were feasible for us to chase, always keeping our best interests in mind. We greatly appreciated her patience with us as we built up the courage to make a first offer, and quite a few more as we attempted to find the perfect property.

Fast forward ~15 months, many more showings and unsuccessful offers on properties with substantial competition, we found a PERFECT property that checked off each box on our initial wishlist and finally had an accepted offer! Trish seamlessly guided us through the entire purchasing process, and we are thrilled with our new home. We will very much miss meeting up with Trish to check out properties, and could not have asked for a better Realtor!

We had worked with a few agents during our home buying process, but it wasn’t until we met Trish that we finally found the perfect house. Wonderful realtor! Hard worker, did so much extra leg-work, persistent; could not have sold my house without her. Despite many issues created by the buyers, she persisted and the house closed. She met with the handyman while I was at work and helped to get everything done quickly! She helped me find the septic company and got quotes together so the system could be installed before closing. And I am very grateful for the work she did!

Trish is the Most AMAZING, hard-working realtor you will EVER meet.I'm sure all realtors work hard for their commission but considering my house was only $125k and most houses are averaging $400k in this housing market I can promise you, she's not just in this business for the money.Normally it works where you put in an offer, if your lucky it gets accepted and within 30, Maybe 60 days your in your new home. This was not the case for me, while the home was within my budget it needed a new septic system plus several other repairs to be approved by my lender for closing.These fixes took 6 months to complete, 6 months of following up with the seller, the septic company, my lender, and my insurance companies. 6 months of ever changing closing dates and delay after delay after delaySIX MONTHS of calming my nerves as I was starting to think we would NEVER close.She stuck with me to the very end, alway responding to my texts and emails quickly, which goes a long way to keep anyone calm in this very stressful situationThis was probably the most difficult closing a realtor has ever closed on.And due to her hard work and diligence, we were able to close on December 18th and enjoy Christmas in our new homeI would 100000% recommend her to ANYONE looking to buy a home!
